In New Zealand, many people charged with criminal offences may be eligible for Legal Aid. Eligibility depends on a number of things, but is mainly about your ability to pay for a lawyer, and the seriousness of the charge. In general, the more serious the charge, the more likely you will be to qualify for legal aid. You can check your eligibility and download the application form at:

I am an approved legal aid provider with PAL-1 (level 3).
Private Clients
Litigation is often hard to predict, give me a quick call or send me an email about your case and I will be able to give you a quote depending on the complexity and length of the case. If you want me to be your lawyer, I will advise you of my hourly rate for your particular problem.
Confidentially
Every information you give and tell me is confidential and I will act for you free of conflicts of interest. My goal as your lawyer is to provide you an effective service, as per your instructions, which suite your individual needs. If you engage my services, I will keep you update on what I have been doing and at what stage the proceedings are. This is a stressful time for you and you deserve respect and to be able to expect the highest level of service delivery.
I work as a Barrister and do not hold indemnity insurance.
